The Integrated Bank of Projects
The Integrated Bank of Project (IBP) for Uganda is a single window software communication platform among all stakeholders involved in the Public Investment Management System (PIMS) Framework and acts as a central repository of all information relating to public investments throughout the project life cycle (from inception to closure). The IBP covers all the stages of the project cycle including project identification, pre- investment, investment and operation & ex-post evaluation.

Structure of the IBP

National Parameters
These National Parameters enable proper economic appraisal of projects in order to evaluate the projects’ net impact from a socio-economic point of view. In addition, it helps in giving decision makers the tools and indicative matrices to measure and quantify the benefits, costs and externalities that are a direct result of project implementation.
